They then walk the buyers through the process and let them know what to expect throughout the process. Matching the right home with the right family is a skill that takes years to develop, while most agents are just “auto updating” their buyers, the perfect house is getting lost in crowd. Chris and Sue take time with every buyer they work with, getting to know them and their particular needs, and that allows them to weed through all the homes that come on the market and quickly zero in on the right ones. “We are very loyal to our buyers and give them the time and energy they deserve, and because of that our buyers are loyal to us as well, and most would not even think about calling another agent once they see the dedication we have to meeting their needs” Chris says.
